Dorothée Meilichzon latest project, Rachel’s opened its doors this summer at 25 rue du Pont aux choux in the 3rd.


Three women: one American, Austrian and Bulgarian are behind Rachel’s Cake. They provide most Parisian restaurants of their American pastries: cheesecake (voted one of the best in Paris), buns, pies, bagels, carot cake, brownies


Today, they decided to open their first restaurant to complement their expertise and of course the decoration has been entrusted to CHZON.


Invitation to travel, the place is designed as a Viennese coffee to various inspirations: Adolf Loos, USA etc …


Not forgetting of course the Wall Baudelocque …
